Currently, our company’s meltblown material has a daily production capacity of 20 tons, and customer feedback on the products has been very positive. After being spun into fabric, the fiber diameter can reach between 1 and 5 microns. The resulting fabric features a fluffy structure with excellent wrinkle resistance. The ultrafine fibers, endowed with a unique capillary structure, significantly increase both the fiber density and surface area per unit area, thereby delivering outstanding filtration and shielding performance. The filtration efficiency can reach 99% or higher.
