【Job Description】
- Responsible for the R&D design and performance optimization of cable products, enhancing their technological content and market competitiveness.
- Participate in the new product development process and complete the entire workflow, from conceptual design to sample testing.
- Collaborate with departments such as production and quality to resolve technical issues arising during the R&D process.
- Track industry technology trends and continuously improve product structure and material applications.
【Job Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with a background in polymer materials, electrical engineering, or a related field;
- Possess more than 3 years of R&D experience in cables or related fields, with proven experience in developing mature projects.
- Familiar with cable material properties and processing techniques, and capable of independently undertaking cable material R&D and project management.
- Possesses strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset, and is able to handle moderate work pressure.
