[Job Description]
- Responsible for the daily operational management of the laboratory, ensuring that testing activities are conducted efficiently and in compliance with established standards.
- Develop and optimize testing procedures to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
- Organize and implement laboratory quality control and internal audits to ensure compliance with relevant standard requirements;
- Coordinate team members to ensure that testing projects are completed on time and with high quality.
【Job Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in polymer materials or instrumental analysis;
- Possesses experience in physicochemical laboratory management and is familiar with the operation and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
- Familiar with the ISO17025 management system; preference given to candidates with relevant certifications or laboratory management experience.
- Possesses strong communication and coordination skills as well as team management capabilities.
