[Job Description]
- Responsible for the company’s overall financial management, including budget preparation, cost control, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
- Organize and implement the financial system to ensure that the company’s financial activities comply with relevant national regulations and accounting standards.
- Coordinate communication with external agencies such as auditors and tax authorities to ensure the company’s compliant operations;
- Participate in the company’s major decision-making processes, provide financial support and advice, and help advance the achievement of the company’s strategic goals.
【Job Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in finance or a related field, and holding an intermediate-level or higher professional title (CPA preferred);
- At least five years of experience in financial management within the manufacturing industry; preference given to candidates with practical experience in listed companies or ERP systems.
- Proficient in national tax and fiscal regulations, accounting standards, and financial management tools;
- Possess strong team management skills; candidates with overseas accounting experience will be given priority.
